Return Policy

Due to the custom and personal nature of the items we produce, all sales are final once the final design has been approved and production has begun, except in the limited cases described below.

Custom Design Work & Cancellations

If you cancel an order after we have started creating custom artwork but before final design approval, any refund may be pro-rated to account for the design time and effort already invested. This ensures fair compensation for the creative work completed on your behalf.

Once the final design is approved and production has started, the order cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable (except for damaged or defective items as outlined below).

Eligible Returns / Refunds

Refunds or replacements are only available if:

• The item arrives damaged during shipping, or
• The item has a clear manufacturing defect or flaw that makes it unusable.

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damage or flaw along with your order number. If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

When a return is approved due to damage or a manufacturing flaw, Fairy Forest Designs will cover the return shipping cost. In all other cases, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (though such returns are generally not accepted).

How to Request a Refund for Damaged or Flawed Items

• Email us at ffd@fairyforestdesigns.com within 7 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or flaw.
• We will review your request and respond with next steps.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (if a return is required). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
